Eligibility

The CEI 2-year Peer Leading & Learning Network (PLLN) commitment is for Local Educational Agencies (LEAs) only. This includes traditional school districts, county offices of education, and charter schools. Current or past participating LEAs are ineligible to rejoin at this time.

Application

The Community Engagement Initiative (CEI) recently announced the release of the Request for Applications (RFA) to join their seventh cohort of LEAs working toward more authentic relationships and improved local decision making.

The RFA can be accessed at www.californiaengage.org/joining-cei

The RFA provides key details about the commitments associated with joining the CEI initiative, as well as specifics about what is required in order to apply.

The application submission portal will be available on March 2nd on the same webpage. The time between now and then is intended for LEAs to gather the necessary materials and signatures required by the RFA.
