Join grantees from Imperial, Orange and San Diego County for a three-part webinar series designed to deepen your understanding of the Annual Progress Report (APR). Topics Addressed:
- Progress Monitoring Tools to monitor community school implementation
- Developing a sustainability plan
- Engaging educational partners including students, families, and staff in community school implementation
- Methods for collecting data from educational partners, including surveys, interviews, focus groups, and observation protocols
- Documentation of success to ensure long term implementation

Progress Monitoring and the APR
Description: The Annual Progress Report starts long before it is submitted. This session will help you use the APR as a continuous improvement tool by monitoring progress toward your Community Schools goals throughout the year. Together, we'll explore how to determine whether your Whole Child and Family Supports are reaching the intended students and families, identify meaningful indicators to track implementation, and use data to inform mid-course adjustments. We'll also share key insights and common themes from the most recent APR submissions across the SC RTAC to help strengthen your own reporting and implementation efforts.

Engaging Educational Partners and the APR
Description: Strong Community Schools are built with—not for—their educational partners. This session focuses on meaningful ways to engage students, families, staff, and community partners in reflecting on your Community Schools implementation, with particular attention to elevating voices that are often underrepresented. Participants will explore strategies for collecting, analyzing, and using qualitative and quantitative feedback to strengthen implementation while gathering evidence that supports a thoughtful and authentic APR.

Sustainability and the APR
Description: Sustainability is about more than funding—it is about building the systems, leadership, relationships, and shared ownership needed for Community Schools to thrive over time. In this session, we'll explore how to identify the practices that are making the greatest impact, strengthen collaborative leadership, build capacity across your educational partners, and plan for long-term success beyond individual champions or grant funding. Participants will also consider how to document sustainability efforts as part of a strong Annual Progress Report.
