About the CoP
The Community School Coordinator Community of Practice (CoP) is designed to provide Coordinators with a foundational understanding of the Community Schools strategy. Participants will explore the core principles, implementation strategy, and best practices for transformational systems change.
Grounded in the Community School Implementation Benchmarks, each session is purposefully aligned to build capacity around the core components of effective and sustainable community schools. Coordinators will gain clarity on their roles in implementation and leave with practical tools to support student success and community well-being.
CoP Dates
The Community Schools Coordinators CoP will meet regularly throughout the 2025-26 school year.
