This is a network for all Orange County California Community Schools Partnership Program planning or implementation grantees and any others developing the community schools framework in their district. The network will provide an opportunity for teams to deepen their understanding of community schools, network with colleagues, share best practices, and obtain information from the Regional Technical Assistance Center (R-TAC).

This free, virtual training will support Community School Coordinators in effectively analyzing their data using ethical and responsible AI tools. This interactive session dives deeper into the practical applications of AI to take action. School site leaders at community schools will explore how artificial intelligence can support planning and implementing continuous improvement cycles, applying implementation science principles, and creating actionable tools and resources to support transformational change.

Join us for our free, virtual series designed to empower community school teams with the tools and skills to measure impact and monitor strategy implementation effectively. This series is perfect for Community School Coordinators, site teams, and district partners who want to use data to strengthen their strategy and showcase impact. No prior experience is needed!

This two-day training is designed to provide educators, school leaders, and community partners with a foundational understanding of the Community Schools strategy. Participants will explore the core principles, implementation strategy, and best practices for transformational systems change. 

Grounded in the Community School Implementation Benchmarks, each day is purposefully aligned to build capacity around the core components of effective and sustainable community schools. Attendees will gain clarity on their roles in implementation and leave with practical tools to support student success and community well-being.

Community School Coordinators CoP meetings will support coordinators in navigating the implementation benchmarks outlined in the national framework and in developing the administrative leadership skills necessary to advance this work in schools.
